I purchased this to replace my Otzer HaSeforim ש"ס which I bought in 1976. It is not printed on the remarkable paper of that Otzer used but in every other way it is an enormous step forward. It has the perfectly clear print of the Otzer edition but is much more comprehensive. The additions to the traditional ש"ס are all useful. For example, פסוקים quoted are provided in full at the margin. תוס הרא"ש is included in the back. I could go on and on. Also, the print is large enough for those who no longer have the eye-sight of a teenager. And the size is perfect. The volumes are easy to handle. I am very pleased with this beautiful ש"ס.
